6. Replacement Policy
Replacement is provided only if the fault is verified to be on our end. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return or replacement.
7. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order is delivered and accepted. Only replacement may be provided in genuine cases after verification.
8. Customer-Caused Damage
Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse by customers are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
